Wild Rice Soup in Bowl

Emma and I really enjoyed this Instant Pot Wild Rice Soup! Scott is allergic to mushrooms, so on a night when he was gone, we made this soup for just us girls. It was delicious!  

We used vegan butter, gluten-free flour, and coconut cream to fit our dietary needs. Also, make sure you see the recipe’s note about using actual wild rice versus white or brown rice. It makes all the difference!

Printing Party

Last week, in celebration of our five-year anniversary, the Nourish Team attended a printing party at Bay View Printing Co.! We had so much fun learning about the craft of letterpress printing. We designed posters using antique wood type. Mine said, “Trust the Journey.” 

Bay View Printing Co offers “Ink & Drink” parties on Thursday nights. You can also book a private party like we did. Ashley, Scott, and Team are the real deal and some of the nicest humans on the planet. I highly recommend learning more about, and participating in, their incredible craft. 


I spent a lot of time outdoors this week, including hiking, biking, and swimming. Today, though, I did an at-home workout that consisted of the following:

10-Minute Biceps & Triceps

10-Minute Inner + Outer Thighs Workout

20-Minute Full Body Pilates HIIT 

15-Minute Full-Body Stretch
