Chocolate chip cookies

My daughter, Emma, attended her first day of summer camp on Monday. She’d been asking for cookies, so I surprised her with these Gluten-Free Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies when she returned home.

Emma has several dietary sensitivities, and it’s been a long journey trying to find a gluten-free, dairy-free, oat-free recipe that tastes delicious. Well, the search is over! These cookies are delicious!

The recipe is from King Arthur Flour. I first learned of KA when working for a cooking magazine. They were a favorite then and their Gluten-Free Measure for Measure Flour is a staple now.
