Recipe of the Week
I’ve been making Jamie Oliver’s Easy Granola recipe since I first found it in 2009. Yup, it’s that delicious. And, it makes your house smell amazing!
Last week, I shared that I’ve been listening to Catherine Price’s new book, “The Power of Fun: How to Feel Alive Again.”
I committed to weaving more moments of fun, delight, and enjoyment into my everyday life.
Friends, I’m proud to share that I definitely had some FUN last week!
Scott, Emma, and I went skateboarding! I lived in California for a short time in my 20’s and regularly went skateboarding on the boardwalk at the beach. It felt invigorating to recapture those memories.
We also visited Ozaukee Skateland for a great night of rollerblading! Another activity I’ve loved my whole life.

Scott, Emma, and I all have food sensitivities. One thing we knew we needed to figure out was how to still enjoy pizza. The biggest challenge was finding a crust that was dairy free, gluten free, and yeast free. Friends, we found two delicious options for our Sunday Pizza Night tradition.
