I felt incredibly OVERWHELMED this morning. It all just felt like TOO MUCH.
I knew I needed to “feel my feels” AND get to a point where I could continue on with my day.
I allowed myself to feel frustrated, angry, and anxious. I journaled. Then, I listened to this Guided Mindfulness Meditation on Feeling Overwhelmed.
The teacher encouraged me to temporarily set down my heavy feelings. To be in the moment and breathe. Inhale. Exhale.
After 15 minutes, I felt so much better. I was thinking clearly and ready to tackle what was in front of me.
