Recipe of the Week
This week's recipe comes from Michelle T. While Michelle no longer works for Nourish, she was one of our very first employees, and continues to be a strong supporter of the company and me. I'm forever grateful.
Michelle frequently makes these Flourless Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Mini Blender Muffins for her family. She said they make a great afterschool snack and breakfast on the go. Yum!

Fall Bucket List
It's officially Fall, and while I'm at Nourish events nearly every weekend now through the end of the year, following are a few seasonal activities I want to make time to enjoy.
-Learn more about coffee
-Bake an apple pie
-Go horseback riding
-Make waffles
-Go for a fall hike
-Try a new soup recipe
-Eat a bowl of chili
-Enjoy a mug of hot apple cider
-Buy a new pair of jeans and a sweater that fit me really well
-Go trick-or-treating with Emma
-Try out a new restaurant
What's on your list? I'd love ideas for fall activities I can do during the week!
Product Recommendation
My dear friend, Maddie Ruyle, is the founder and owner of Bunny's Bite, a vegan and gluten-free baked goods company that sells THE MOST DELICIOUS treats.
You would never know that her baked goods are entirely free of dairy, egg, wheat, and soy. They taste better than their conventional counterparts.
Scott, Emma, and I love her Banana Bread. She also makes cookies, cookie bars, brownies, cheesecake, peanut butter cups, and more!
You can find Maddie at local Milwaukee maker events and farmers markets. You can also buy her goodies online.
Please consider supporting Maddie. Not only does she make darn good bakery, she's an excellent human being with an infectious laugh and beautiful heart.
Live well. Be kind.
