Recipe of the Week
Scott, Emma, and I turned this Dill Pickle Chicken Salad recipe into a wrap. Instead of making the recipe’s creamy dressing, we used Trader Joe’s Vegan Creamy Dill Dressing.
If you love pickles, this recipe will definitely hit the spot!
Inspiration
You’re right where you need to be– on your path, guided, in just the right place for you today.
Many times on my journey I stopped short, convinced I would never find the place I was trying to find, only to discover that it was right in front of me all the time. I had gone there instinctively. Gone right where I needed to go, right where I was heading.
There is a part of us that knows where we need to be and understands where we really want to go. There’s a place in us that has the map, even if our eyes and conscious mind can’t see it, can’t figure it out, or aren’t certain that it’s there.
If you’re spinning in circles, feeling lost and confused, trying to figure out where you need to be and not all that certain where you’re going, stop. Breathe deeply. Look around.
You’re right where you need to be.
Maybe you’ve been there all along.

One of My Favorite Things
(NOT sponsored, just sharing a product I use and love)
I received a package of Truly Gone Acne Fighting Super Dots in one of my subscription boxes. While I typically use the Nourish Clear Complexion Blend, I thought it would be fun to try these patches since I had a few blemishes come to the surface after several days of loading up on sunscreen.
They really work! The hydrocolloid promotes healing and reduces the redness of blemishes. I put them on at bedtime and noticed a significant difference in the morning.
I recommend our Clear Complexion Blend for daily preventive care for the entire face, but these dots are great for big, obnoxious pimples that pop up. (Pun intended.)
Wellness Practice
I practiced Pilates quite a bit in my 20’s after learning about the importance of core strength.
I came across a Pilates video on YouTube last week and loved it so much that I’ve been practicing every day since! I’ve already tried six different “Move with Nicole” videos and enjoyed each one! They are challenging, but doable. If you’re looking to mix things up, I highly recommend checking out this channel.
Live well. Be kind.
