I've been experiencing some foot tenderness so I searched for a stretching video that might help me find some relief.
I had no idea what I was in for...
Did you know that you can strengthen the pathways between your brain and your toes?! That you can flex and straighten each toe individually?
It fascinates me that our magnificent bodies work this way! While I know academically that our mind & body are connected and
that our emotions manifest physically, I'm not sure that I thought about these things on such a granular level.
If we can do these things with our toes, what else can we do in healing our bodies?! The possibilities are so exciting.
