NOURISH TOGETHER - WEEKLY NEWSLETTER - 3/14/24
Scott, Emma, and I stayed at a lovely Airbnb over the weekend. It felt so peaceful because it wasn't bursting at the seams with "stuff." Everything had a place and that felt, well, luxurious. I want my actual home to feel that way, too.
I've been listening to the book, "What Your Clutter is Trying to Tell You" by Kerri Richardson, and I've been intentional about doing the exercises at the end of each chapter.
I've been looking at my clutter as a messenger, approaching it with compassion and curiosity.
What have I dreamed about doing but haven't taken any or enough action on? What is stopping me? What are things that I buy that I don't love or have bought without intention? Why?
This book has helped me go far deeper than addressing just my physical clutter. It has helped me look at my emotional clutter, too. I am evaluating the energetic blocks that are thwarting my decluttering efforts: unrealistic expectations, people pleasing tendencies, lack of boundaries, and old beliefs.
I love learning more about myself and why I do the things I do. I find it so incredible that life continues to send messages in, around, and through me. I just need to slow down and listen.

Recipe of the Week
Pan-Seared Cod in White Wine Tomato Basil Sauce
My dear friend, Kim, shared this flavorful recipe.
She serves the pan-seared cod with smashed potatoes and green beans. Kim said that her husband calls this her "Signature Dish!"
Enjoy!
