Jamie's List
I like to share things that light me up, fill me with joy, and make my life easier. Nothing is sponsored. These are just things that are helping me along my journey.
Last night, I read an article in Real Simple magazine called, "Giving Thanks - How to dish out some gratitude (and accept a heaping plateful!) like a pro. (Do you have the magazine? I highly recommend reading it. If not,
I bet it will published on their website soon.)
I love learning about the benefits of gratitude, including the following benefits highlighted in the article:
- Grateful people are more satisfied with their lives and relationships.
- They're able to neutralize negative emotions.
- They often make more rational decisions when stressed.
- Grateful people's abundance of good vibes effectively keep the bad ones from taking over.
- Being grateful improves your physical health, including better sleep.
- Gratitude is a way to activate closeness, trust, and safety.
I am in a season of learning how to receive. As part of this life lesson, I am intentionally recognizing and savoring abundance that comes my way. When I take time to do this, I immediately feel overwhelming gratitude.
And, I believe that what I focus on grows, so I've been working on getting out of my own way and allowing good things to rain down!
Gratitude → Abundance → More Gratitude → More Abundance
Let's practice gratitude, get out of our own way, and allow abundance, shall we?!

Nourish Pick of the Week
This holiday season, we're proud to offer beautiful gift sets made by other small makers that complement our offerings.
I AM SO EXCITED to share this Chakra Travel Collection with you! It's absolutely stunning!
The set contains 10 healing crystals, including a stone for each chakra, as well as 3 of what some people consider the most potent of all crystals: Amethyst, Clear Quartz, and Rose Quartz.
Crystals vibrate at a high frequency that promote clearing and healing of our body, mind, and spirit.
Each collection comes specially packaged in a wooden display box with sacred engravings. It also includes a reference card and link to download a complimentary e-Book, The World of Crystals.
Recipe of the Week
This week's recipe comes from my Nourish teammate, Beth.
She shared about the recipe, "I love to make these muffins every fall. My husband and I couldn't possibly eat them all, so I send a bunch with him to share at work. Jeff brought them in last week, and he was so proud to tell me that they received a "chef's kiss" rating from his teammates because they loved them so much."
Enjoy!
Live well. Be kind.
