Happy Halloween
Enjoy a few photo “treats” of my all-time favorite Halloween costumes: Rainbow Brite and Punk Rocker! I was definitely a child of the 80’s!
Recipe of the Week
One Pot Creamy Sausage Gnocchi
This is a hearty, flavorful, and satisfying meal! We have some dietary restrictions in our house, so we use Trader Joe’s Cauliflower Gnocchi or Kale Gnocchi in this recipe. We also use reduced-fat coconut milk in place of regular milk, and goat’s milk Mozzarella cheese in place of regular. It’s still absolutely delicious!
Inspiration
This week, I started listening to Gabrielle Bernstein’s book, “Super Attractor: Methods for Manifesting a Life Beyond Your Wildest Dreams.” I also purchased her Super Attractor Oracle Cards.
I keep hearing and seeing the same mantra: “Do less and attract more.”
“What if manifesting your best life doesn’t actually require mood boards and pushing so hard to reach your goals? What if the secret is simply… to feel good?”
“When you do less, you attract more. Focus on feeling good and wonderful things start to happen.”
Isn’t it something that we need to remind ourselves to feel good and enjoy life?!
I get it, though. Worrying can feel protective. Gabby says that “Fear is the default because it’s what we’ve grown to rely on and believe. We build up that fear as a habit, but also as a false way of playing safe.”
Fear or Joy?
Let’s commit to joy.
