Nourish Together - Weekly Newsletter - 1/27/22

Hi, Sweet Friends!

Welcome back to Nourish Together, a compilation of wellness products, practices, tips, and inspiration I'm loving right now. Plus, any updates that I feel are awesome and worth sharing.

I hope you find value in the content.

Recipe of the Week

These colder winter days have me craving comfort food. This Ultimate Sloppy Joes recipe that features homemade tomato gravy and bell peppers perfectly hits the spot. In fact, this recipe has won THREE Sloppy Joe Competitions! (Ummm, how do I sign up to be a judge?!)

Inspiration

I encourage you to be brave. There is so much sweetness, joy, and exhilaration that comes on the other side of bravery.

Product Recommendation - Meal Delivery

Scott and I both have dietary sensitivities. We recently learned that Emma has a handful of them, too. We’ve rallied as a family to discover new foods and new favorite meals. Part of this exploration has led us to meal delivery services that cater to people with sensitivities. We’ve ordered from the following businesses and have loved every meal we’ve tried.

Fresh Chef Meal Prep - Based in Milwaukee

The Ladle Lady - Based in Milwaukee

Origin Meals - Based in Minnesota and delivers to Milwaukee

If you don’t have dietary sensitivities and are looking for another fantastic meal delivery service to try, I highly recommend The Real Good Life.

Nourish Update

We’re considering adding a third weekly email that deep dives into health & wellness topics that I’m passionate about. First up, I want to share more about the Chakras. I’m thinking of covering one chakra each week with insights on how our emotions can manifest physically, and what we can do to feel more balanced.

What do you think? Will you read it, or are two weekly emails enough? Please be honest, Sweet Friends. I only want to create things that serve you.

Live Well. Be Kind.
