Jamie's Powerhouse Smoothie
I start nearly every morning with this smoothie.
It's a fast and easy way to ensure I kickstart my day with a variety of powerhouse nutrients.
This recipe makes for one very large smoothie. You could certainly divide it and share it.
Note: The ingredient amounts are approximate.
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1/2 tsp Green Superfood Powder (I love Alive & Vibrant)
- 1 scoop chocolate collagen powder (I love Vital Proteins)
- 1 scoop hemp hearts
- 1/3 cup vanilla coconut yogurt or coconut keifer
- 1.5 tbsp almond butter
- Frozen fruits and veggies (I love Clovis Farms Superfood Smoothie packets)
Directions
- Put all ingredients into a blender and cover with water.
- Blend.
