I spent years working on my master’s degree in Nutrition, and I’ve always believed that what we put on and around our bodies is just as important as what we put in them.
That’s why it’s so hard for me to walk into an Airbnb or visit a friend’s home and see those brightly colored, chemical-laden sprays on the bathroom counter.
I don’t say this to be judgmental. I say this because I care—deeply.

Not sure if a product is truly natural?
✔️ Look for “essential oils” on the ingredient list—not “fragrance” or “parfum.”
✔️ Check for transparency—are all ingredients listed?
✔️ Avoid anything with alcohol, dyes, or synthetic preservatives.
✔️ If it smells too strong, sticks around too long, or gives you a headache, there’s a good chance it’s not natural.
