NOURISH TOGETHER - WEEKLY NEWSLETTER - 4/18/24
Note from Jamie
I like to share things that light me up, fill me with joy, and make my life easier. Nothing is sponsored. These are just things that are helping me along my journey.
I love creating seasonal lists that encourage me to explore new activities and ideas. These lists also help ensure that I schedule time to savor my favorite traditions!
Here's my Spring List:
🌼Reduce my household's food waste
(I was inspired by this podcast episode and bought this cookbook to get me started. I'll report back with my favorite tips & tricks)
🌼Swing at a nearby playground
🌼Learn how to transfer my indoor plants into new pots
🌼Ride my e-bike every week
🌼Learn a new cocktail
(I found a delicious blackberry one - see recipe below)
🌼Visit a flower festival
(I'm deciding between this Tulip Festival and this Lilac Festival)
🌼Participate in Women's Entrepreneurship Week
What's on your list? I'd love to hear.
Inspiration
Nourish Pick of the Week
With this past weekend's gorgeous weather, I jumped at the chance to get my hands dirty and tend to our landscaping.
I made my mark on the yard. And, the yard did on me. My arms and legs were covered in scratches.
I applied the Intensive Healing Balm, morning and night, and now, just a few days later, the scratches are nearly gone.
This ultra-moisturizing, healing balm works fast on bumps, bruises, scratches, and nearly all other skin irritations. I highly recommend it!
Recipe of the Week
While I'm no mixologist, I enjoy learning how to make craft cocktails.
I have a penchant for blackberries, so I was delighted to learn this Blackberry Moscow Mule recipe.
It's crisp, refreshing, and bursting with flavors.
Cheers!
