Consistency Isn’t About Being Perfect—It’s About Showing Up
Let’s be real—when we think about being “consistent,” we picture doing things perfectly every single time. Hitting all our goals. Crushing every workout. Sticking to a routine without missing a beat.
But in reality? That’s not how consistency actually works.
Some days, you’ll be on fire, checking off everything on your to-do list. Other days, just getting out of bed and doing one thing feels like a win. And guess what? It is a win.
The image above says it all. We think consistency should look like a perfect streak, but the truth is, it’s a mix of ups and downs. What really matters isn’t how perfectly you show up—it’s that you show up.
So if you’re working on a goal, building a habit, or just trying to take better care of yourself, remember this: It’s okay if some days look different than others. Just keep going.
You showed up today? That’s all that matters. 💛

Jamie

Workout of the Week
I love moving my body and working out to YouTube Fitness videos.
One of my favorite videos this week was a 30 min. Cardio Kickbox & Full-Body Barre Sculpt. It reminded me of the days when I did Tae-Bo.
Enjoy!
Recipe of the Week
This week's recipe comes from my teammate, Moorea.
Moorea shared, "This recipe takes a while to make, but it is so worth it when it's finished.
The spices are so warm and make this dish perfect for a cozy winter night."
Enjoy!
