NOURISH TOGETHER - WEEKLY NEWSLETTER - 11/16/23
Jamie's List
I like to share things that light me up, fill me with joy, and make my life easier. Nothing is sponsored. These are just things that are helping me along my journey.
The intensity of the past few weeks caught up with me today. I've been working overtime preparing Nourish for the holiday season, and I'm feeling it.
I opened my meditation book and came across the following passage that spoke to me. I hope you are inspired by it, too.
"You don't have to figure everything out today. You don't have to solve your whole life tonight. And you don't have to tackle everything at once. You just have to show up and try. You just have to focus on the most
immediate thing in front of you. And you have to trust that you'll figure out the rest along the way."

Nourish Pick of the Week
I love our Holiday Cheer Room Spray so much.
It's woodsy, warm, and sweet. It's fun & festive. Not to mention, the essential oils in this blend are natural germ-fighters!
In addition to spraying it throughout the house, I spray it on our Christmas Tree when we have faux vs real. The Black Spruce essential oil really "spruces" it up and gives it that fresh from the forest smell.
Recipe of the Week
This week's recipe comes from Dr. Sarah Axtell, my naturopathic doctor who believes that "food is medicine."
Dr. Axtell said about this recipe, "Did you know that a cup of red peppers has almost 3x more Vitamin C than an orange?!
This soup is a delicious way to incorporate more immune-supportive Vitamin C in your diet AND sneak in some other nutrient-packed veggies."
Enjoy!
Live well. Be kind.
