I like to share things that light me up, fill me with joy, and make my life easier. Nothing is sponsored. These are just things that are helping me along my journey.

I recently listened to two very thought-provoking podcast episodes that I HIGHLY recommend for those seeking fresh perspectives and tools for self-healing.

We Can Do Hard Things w/ Glennon Doyle:
Why Do We Have Sex? Asexuality with Angela Chen
In this illuminating episode, Angela Chen delves into the world of asexuality, shedding light on how it can provide invaluable insights into our own sexual identities and the true essence of human sexuality.

We Can Do Hard Things w/ Glennon Doyle:
Martha Beck Helps Amanda Let Go
In this profoundly candid episode, Martha Beck (renowned life coach) guides Amanda (Glennon's sister) through a transformative and therapeutic session aimed at healing overfunctioning, resentment, and burnout. Martha delves into
the different facets of Amanda's inner self, which have been with her since childhood. She encourages these aspects to express themselves and ultimately find peace, joy, and a sense of wholeness.

Recipe of the Week

Sour Cream Banana Bread

sliced banana bread

This week's recipe comes from my Nourish teammate, Katie.

She shared, "My youngest made this banana bread at preschool for Mother's Day a few years back. All of the parents loved it so much that we asked for the recipe."

Katie also recommends making the recipe into mini muffins as a fun variation.

Enjoy!
