Everything Always Works Out for Me
Note from Jamie
I like to share things that light me up, fill me with joy, and make my life easier. Nothing is sponsored. These are just things that are helping me along my journey.
Everything Always Works Out for Me
I ran into a friend this week who reminded me of a mantra I had shared with her years ago:
“Everything always works out for me.”
She told me she’d been repeating it lately to help her through a tough season—one where everything seemed to be falling apart. Hearing that from her stopped me in my tracks. I was so grateful she shared it, because I needed the reminder, too.
The truth is, I’ve been frustrated these past few weeks. Actually, if I’m honest—I’ve been angry. My trust was violated, and I’ve been struggling with the injustice of it all. I showed up fully, gave someone my best, and then… they disappeared without living up to their end of the deal.
Each day, new waves of anger would wash over me as I replayed what happened. The anger seeped into everything—suddenly, even small annoyances felt amplified.
Another one of my favorite mantras is, “You find what you’re looking for, so look for the good.”
But lately, I had been doing the opposite.
Then, in divine timing, my friend’s words echoed back to me:
Everything always works out for me.
I knew this to be true, deep down. So I had to sit with why I was still holding onto the anger. And wouldn’t you know it—later that same day, a Joe Dispenza video popped up in my YouTube feed titled “How to Never Get Angry or Bothered by Anyone.”
It was exactly what I needed to hear.
His message was simple yet profound: I don’t have to let situations take hold of me. I can feel the emotion, acknowledge it, and then choose my reaction.
So that’s what I’m doing.
I’m choosing peace.
I’m shifting my focus back to the good—to the abundance all around me. Because the Universe isn’t scarce. There are endless opportunities waiting to unfold.
Yes, the sting of betrayal still lingers, but I’m no longer letting it define me. With mindful repetition of this abundance mindset, I’m trusting that this too will work out exactly as it’s meant to.
Because it always does.
Everything always works out for me.
xoxo,
Jamie
Inspiration

Nourish Pick of the Week
I’ll be using my Mandala Chime Heart a lot this week—to gently remind myself that everything always works out for me.
When I start to feel that familiar wave of anger rise, I’ll pause… take a deep breath… and ring my Chime Heart.
The soft sound instantly brings me back to the present moment—a little whisper from the Universe reminding me that I am safe, supported, and exactly where I’m meant to be.
Workout of the Week
I’ve been recovering from a lower back injury, so I’ve had to change up my usual workouts.
I’ve really been enjoying Pamela Reif’s YouTube channel—she offers simple, no-fuss workouts that are super effective.
Each day, I pick three of her 10–15 minute videos, and I’ve actually loved this change of pace.
It’s been fun to try new ways of moving my body and to be reminded that there’s always a way to stay active while honoring what my body needs.
Also… can we just acknowledge that Pamela is exceptionally gorgeous and toned? I try not to let that intimidate me!
Instead, I use it as a reminder that everyone’s on their own journey—and that consistency, not comparison, is what really matters.
Recipe of the Week
Creamy Sweet Potato & Ground Turkey Soup (Paleo, Whole30)
Emma requested soup this week, so I made this one—and it was a hit!
Scott, Emma, and I all loved it.
It’s creamy, nourishing, and full of flavor from fresh ginger, coconut milk, and sweet potato.
It’s the perfect cozy meal for chilly fall evenings—comforting, wholesome, and simple to make.
Live well. Be kind.
Jamie
