Organic Aloe Vera Gel, Pure Witch Hazel, Distilled Water, Organic Coconut Oil, Organic Peppermint and Lavender Essential Oils

Directions

Gently shake before each use. Hold bottle a few inches from skin and spray over back of neck, arms, legs, and body. Rub into skin. Can be stored in the refrigerator for an extra dose of cool.

I purchased this for those nasty hot flashes, and spray it on the back of my neck when they arise. It immediately provides cooling relief, and greatly diminishes the intensity and duration of them, and the smell is sooo nice.
