Unfortunately, I didn’t find this product helpful. I rolled it on the bottoms of my feet for about a week and didn’t find any change in my ability to fall asleep or stay asleep.

Remarkable Results

I've been using this for my sleep routine for a few years now. My mother complains of not sleeping well so I applied some on her. She was delighted to report she drifted right off to sleep, slept soundly through the night and woke up feeling so rested. She loved it!

This really works!

I love the Sleep roller blend! I typically wake up several times throughout the night. This helps me fall asleep faster and sleep deeper. I always have better sleep when I apply this blend.

I will admit, I was a bit skeptical about this product. Rubbing oils on the bottom of my feet to make me sleep better - really? But I’m at that time in life where sleeping through the night is a luxury and not the norm, so why not try it. Nightly Routine

This has become a staple to my nightly routine. Following menopause I was finding myself not sleeping well. Between those voices in your head and waking often throughout the night I was struggling. Once I realized the power of many of Nourishes other products I decided this was one that I needed to try and it has been the best. I drift off to sleep within a few moments of my head hitting the pillow and sleep through the night pretty regularly. For those nights when I awake and can't get back to sleep, I reach for the roller and am back asleep shortly. This and the Sweet Dreams spray are my dreamy rituals!
