Sleep Roller Blend

I will admit, I was a bit skeptical about this product. Rubbing oils on the bottom of my feet to make me sleep better - really? But I’m at that time in life where sleeping through the night is a luxury and not the norm, so why not try it. The first two nights I used this roller, I slept straight through and woke the next morning so very happy and rested. I can now say that sleeping through the night is my norm and waking up periodically is the exception. I am no longer a skeptic and use this every night as part of my normal routine. This has become a staple to my nightly routine. Following menopause I was finding myself not sleeping well. Between those voices in your head and waking often throughout the night I was struggling.
