I was gifted this product a few years ago and love it. I appreciate the ritual of getting ready for bed, and this being the very last step. I put it on before I read and then 20 or so minutes later am relaxed and ready to sleep. I've since purchased this as a gift for others and they love it too. Great product!

Unfortunately, I didn’t find this product helpful. I rolled it on the bottoms of my feet for about a week and didn’t find any change in my ability to fall asleep or stay asleep.

Remarkable Results

I've been using this for my sleep routine for a few years now. My mother complains of not sleeping well so I applied some on her. She was delighted to report she drifted right off to sleep, slept soundly through the night and woke up feeling so rested. She loved it!

I will admit, I was a bit skeptical about this product. Rubbing oils on the bottom of my feet to make me sleep better - really? But I’m at that time in life where sleeping through the night is a luxury and not the norm, so why not try it. The first two nights I used this roller, I slept straight through and woke the next morning so very happy and rested. I can now say that sleeping through the night is my norm and waking up periodically is the exception. I am no longer a skeptic and use this every night as part of my normal routine.
